In 2021 p3od designed and gained approval for the UK’s first recognised diploma level qualification in Organisational Development and Change.
This was in response to the training gaps we had identified in the national research we had carried out in 2020. NHS and Local Government organisations are preparing to pilot this in the Spring of 2022.2
p3od developed the UK’s first online assessment of behavioural and technical skills linked to digital transformation – DiTo.
The platform provided staff with a personal learning and development plan, access to individual learning and access to virtual coaches. This work was commended by the London Office for Technology and Innovation (LOTI).3
In 2020 p3od launched the UK’s first campaign to understand the business challenges and opportunities for professionals working in organisational development.
Over 300 UK professionals contributed to the research and as a result we have been able to tackle some of the training gaps at a system level.4
In 2020 p3od were engaged by Salford University Business School to contribute to a Digital MBA.
The approach we share was well ahead of its time, driving behavioural change and workplace psychology to achieve long lasting transformation.Participants are provided with a solid case study and a set of practical tools they can apply in their organisations.5
In 2021 p3od was contracted by London Borough of Havering to define a competency framework to assess digital and strategic planning skills.
This resulted in the UK’s first competency framework for digital, data and strategic planning. This enabled the council to assess current workforce skills and put in place learning to address their long-term ambitions.6
In 2021 p3od embarked on a project with Bracknell Forest Council to fundamentally transform their Social Care workforce in line with the pending Health and Care Act.
The project has fully reviewed pay and grading, staff retention, recruitment, promotion and development. The result is ensuring the council has a skilled and stable workforce to provide effective social care to its most vulnerable residents.
